It is widely know that a
proper asphalt maintenance plan is essential
to extending the life of your asphalt
pavement. One of the most important items
in any pavement maintenance plan is seal
coating.
Asphalt Seal Coating is designed to
extend the life of your asphalt surface
by providing a protective coating against
the harsh elements that will decay your
blacktop. Asphalt seal coating protects your
blacktop against harsh weather harmful UV
rays from the sun, gas and oil spills and
constant freeze / thaw cycles that are
common in Ohio.
Asphalt Seal Coating is also designed to
give your pavement that “jet-black”, fresh,
like new appearance again. Seal coating
provides the beautification element that is
essential to customers, tenets and business
owners.
Asphalt Seal Coating also provides a
consistent, smooth surface that is not
only appealing to the public but is easier
to keep clean and easier to maintain, thus
saving you money in the long run.
M&D Blacktop uses the most specialized
and modern seal coating equipment
available on the market. Self-propelled,
squeegee seal coating machines, large
capacity custom-built spray units (with
homogenous agitation), highly trained and
courteous crews that are accustomed to
getting your job done to the exact
specifications with as little disruption to
your business as possible. M&D operates 7
days a week so we can work with your
schedule, not against it!
